Tire maintenance is an often overlooked item necessary to prolong the life of your tires. Best practice for tire maintenance is to rotate your tires cross to the drive axle and straight forward/back on opposing axle if tire tread rotation/size allows. This service includes setting all tire pressures, rotating as stated, performing complete tire wear check and report, and resetting your Tire Pressure Monitoring System. 

Just like engine oil is vital to your engine's survival, so is brake fluid to your brake system. Brake fluid is hygroscopic and naturally sucks water out of the air which breaks down the fluid. It becomes dirty and contaminated and as the water content increases, the boiling point of the fluid decreases. This decreases it's effectiveness. Most importantly, the water in the fluid is highly caustic to all of the vital metal components in your brake system. It also causes seals to fail and calipers to pit and seize. All of this leads to poor brake performance, spongy brake pedal, and very costly brake component repairs. Manufacturers recommend replacing your brake fluid every 2yrs/24,000miles whichever comes first. I use a pressurized tool to force as much fluid, water, and contaminants as possible from your brake system. Tax not included.

Don't be fooled by advertisements that say they will "diagnose" your check engine light for free. What they are offering is s simple scan of your engine control computer with a generic scan tool to obtain a simple generic P-code which provides a very basic description of what system the check engine light is faulting to. Reading a P-code that states "Engine misfire cylinder 3" provides only one piece of information, a starting location of where to look for your problem. Anybody who gives you a part to replace based on such little information is only guessing. I will gladly SCAN your car for free with my most basic diagnostic tool and give you all provided codes if that is all you want. This service includes scanning the complete vehicle for all generic and manufacturer specific codes using highly sophisticated diagnostic equipment, performing any and all test modules available in the equipment, and up to one hour of vehicle tear down and inspection to isolate the exact cause of the check engine light. I will also use all information provided by the manufacturers via technical service bulletins accessible through our available diagnostic software subscriptions to verify any known causes of drivability issues on each car.

Every vehicle serviced at NAB Mobile Diagnostics will receive a complimentary multi-point inspection complete with checklist and attached estimate of any items in need of attention. Rest assured that NAB Mobile Diagnostics does not work rushed from one job to the next and therefore spends more time than most do on these multi-point inspections.
